I don't know exactly what's going on, but probably as C1 charges up you start to get some different time constants related to either the resistances of the diodes or an oscillation between the L2 coil and either C1 or one of the diode capacitances.

May 27, 2020· Doing the rectification at a low voltage is also a nice touch. A couple of thoughts occurred while looking at your schematic. Since you only have a single power supply the circuit will not perform well when the output is close to ground. The 1N1183 is not the optimum choice. I hope you just used this because it was in your SPICE library.

I'm trying to simulate a simple full wave rectifier in LTSPICE. The output I am getting is not what I am expecting. In the picture below, the green line is the voltage output from the + terminal of the sine wave, the blue line is the - terminal of the sine wave and the red line is the output directly from the bridge rectifier (just prior to C1).
P channel mosfets have higher on resistances than N channel mosfets so are often less preferable. The P-channel MOSFET has an advantage over the N-channel MOSFET for some applications due to the simplicity of the on/off control. A N-channel mosfet switching +V requires an additional voltage rail for the gate; the P-channel does not.
